Group Support
- Small group sessions with similar loss (loss of spouse under 50, loss of spouse 50-60 etc.) loss
of child, loss of parent. - Meet once/week.
- 45-60 minutes in length.
- Online, or in dedicated space depending on the needs of the group.
- Sessions incorporate creativity, poetry, song, and writing exercises.
Caregiver Support
- Caregivers have questions, feelings of fear and helplessness when navigating a loved one with a diagnosis.
- Sheryl will work with you to obtain and use various caregiver wellness practices and supportive tools.
Individual Support
Sheryl provides support for grievers at a pace that honours the griever’s individual journey using a holistic and heart-centered approach. She allows them to feel seen, heard, and validated, and provides tools to guide and help move through grief.
- 30 or 60 minute sessions depending on the needs of the griever. Grief is unique to every individual; Sheryl is committed to meeting her clients where they are in their journey.
- Online or in person.
Public Speaking
The uniqueness of every loss is in tandem with the uniqueness of every person that is lost. Sheryl knows how personal and isolating your grief feels: you alone know exactly what you’ve been through. She will treat you and your journey with complete trust, empathy, and individual regard, with the knowledge that your experience is your own.
Through her public speaking engagements, Sheryl provides grief exploration in practical and creative ways:
- Resources related to understanding grief and loss.
- Guidance on how to help a grieving friend or family member.
- Topics to provoke perspective and meaning in one’s journey of grief.
- Information sharing and gathering in a safe space to feel validated and seen to navigate a community of courageous grievers.
- Tools and guidance related to caregiver support.
